Yesterday I completed the paid character transfer process for my Character Leaflet, transferring him from WArsong to Aggamaggan. My credit card was billed, and i got the email saying the process was complete. HOWEVER, when i try to log onto leaflet on aggamaggan, It says he is still in the process of being transferred and is locked?
Is this normal? it's been something like 12 hours since i've completed the transfer.

That is odd, Leaflet. When you go to the Transactions Page, do you have any options available?

Interesting. Alright, I would suggest that you continue to try logging into that character throughout the day. If you are still unable to log onto that character by 9am (PDT) tomorrow, please contact our Billing and Account Services Department by phone at 1-800-592-5499. They can be reached at that number from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (PDT). Should I receive any information about this issue, I'll let you know. Good luck. :)

I'm afraid not, Leaflet; but I do appreciate your patience. Our Billing Department handles all character transfer-related issues and would likely be able to provide you with more information about this specific case. Hopefully, the issue will correct itself at some point today - please keep us updated.
