Subject: Waiting on restoration since 7/12
   So, my account was compromised and my items were disenchanted on 7/12 (no, I did not give out my password). I'm still waiting for my items to be restored, and it's been over three and a half weeks now. How can I find out if the problem is still being worked on? I have heard absolutely nothing from Blizzard since about the 15th (after I regained access to my account through the unlock procedure), and have no clue as to what's going on and whether or not I stand a chance of getting my items back. Please advise me what the status of this process is.

   Please accept my apologies for any distress you may have been caused by the delay in our response, Confucius; as Silm has suggested, it can sometimes take a while for our Account Investigators to get in touch with players regarding the results of their research. I have, however, taken the liberty of confirming that the matter of your compromise is being actively investigated, and you should be contacted sometime in the next day or two. Thanks for your patience in the meantime, friend, and best wishes in your efforts. :)
