People's names will be replaced with the word Name, because the star of our story finds it embarassing.
Let me tell you a story. This story begins with my girlfriend. She's a level 60 mage, and has a good amount of epics.
She went to bed one night at around 1 in the morning. She awoke to find her character naked. At first she thought it was me playing a joke (because I know her account info), but when she opened up her backpack, she found 12 Nexus Crystals.
She's already contacted GM's about restoring her lost gear, but we'd really like to find out who it was that hacked her account.
At around 3 in the morning, my guild recalls her logging in, and before logging out 30 seconds later, said "The next time you see Name, tell her I say f*ck you."
Now, she has a level 10 alt following her around spamming her with rude gestures (/rude). We have reason to believe that this is the person that hacked her account. Is there a way a GM can find out what other characters are on this level 10 alt's account? If we can find out who it was, the GM's can take appropriate action, and so can we.

I'm sorry to say, Rhaim, that the information you have requested is not something which we may offer under any circumstances; for the sake of privacy concerns, we shall never divulge information about those who violate our policies in such a way. Although you have my utmost assurance that our Account Investigation Team shall determine the culprit behind the compromise of your girlfriend's account, and take all appropriate actions in response to whatever malicious activities they may have partaken in while they had access to it, our justice must remain discreet.
