Recently I requested account restoration for two of my characters on my account. Both of them are on different servers. Only one of them got restored, though. I've already made a post on this forum asking what's going on and I didn't get a response. Could I please get an answer as to what's the current status of my situation? Has my case been "closed" without my other character being restored? Or is that one still under investigation? The character in question is Arwenys of Mug'thol.

Hello Teniela,
Since the time of your recent restoration, have you made a new petition to a Game Master in-game on this issue? I would recommend that you do this. In your ticket be sure to give the name, level and realm of the character you wish the Game Master to look into.
