If someone reports, in game, another player... say for hacking, account sharing, etc... will the player doing the reporting remain anonymous?

Hello Anat,
Yes that is correct. Due to such privacy considerations we will not release information about who is the player reporting. Of course the player being reported may remember enough of the incident themselves to draw their own conclusions on who he/she thinks may have reported him/her.
