Subject: Account reactivation-Blue help!
Im using my brothers account due to mine being inactive..

My account has been suspended due to it being comprimised. I have followed the steps for reactivation 3 times and my account is still not active.. The first time, i sent in my information without the account retrieval form.. Second time is sent everything in but was told that my ID was not clear enough.. So i have sent in my information yet a thrid time and have not heard anything back.. I am frustrated about this b.c its not my fault that my account was suspended and i feel like i am being punished for this.. I would like my account turned back on ASAP.. any ideas on how i can do this faster?

Alright, Ekstasy - thank you for removing the account name from your post. I've looked into this matter and it does not appear as though your most recent fax has been received as of yet. It may be that the information provided in the fax has not yet been entered into our database; or perhaps the fax was completely illegible and our Account Administration Department was unable to determine which account the fax was in regards to.

If you feel that the second option might be the case, you may want to try faxing the retrieval form again. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused and wish you the best.

Q u o t e:
I think I misread your last post.. However, The first email i received said nothing of my ID being to dark, the second was about the ID even though the rest of my information was correct.. So with that, Account admin has at least one good copy of my ID and now 3 copys of my info..

Sorry if i keep rambling off the same things over and over, im just frustrated with this whole thing and i jsut want to get back in game.
Not to worry; I completely understand your frustration and apologize if you feel that you are being punished for someone else's actions. Our intent, in locking the account, is simply to ensure that it remains safe and secure, so that only the account owner is able to gain access to the account. When a legible copy of the retrieval form is received, you will receive an e-mail with more information. Until that time, our Game Master staff (in-game or here on the Customer Service Forum) will be unable to provide you with further information. If you have any further questions, you would be best off contacting our Account Administration Department at wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com. However, as I said in my previous post, it is possible that the fax was received and the information has not yet been input into the database. After you have faxed your information to us, I would suggest allowing up to 24 hours for it to be input into our database. Thank you!
