Subject: logging off
   i got scammed on monday out of 25g and i had a ticket open but i had to log off for the night and now it is gone. i was waiting to see if maybe it would come back but it has not. should i make a new one? am i not supposed to log off with an open ticket?

   Hi Eetabee,

At the conclusion of an investigation into a scam and the closing of your ticket, it would then be likely that an email was sent to your registered email address. The reason for this is that you were probably not online at the time it was concluded. As Deadlykris has suggested I would recommend checking your account's associated email address for any correspondence from us with regards to this issue.
