Subject: Only play for a few days
Help! my friend is a new comer and his account was banned after he play for a few days. The account administrator said that his account was accessed by an unauthorized third party for a majority game lifetime. We think the reason is not reasonable because he play on his own for only a few days! It seems that the account administrator will not change their decision. What can we do?

My friend's account was banned so he cannot post anything on the forum.

I'm sorry, Darksing, but the Game Master staff (in-game or here on the Customer Service Forum) will be unable to assist you in this matter. If your friend would like to dispute any action that has been taken against his account, he will need to contact our Account Administration Department by completing the following e-mail form on the Account Administration website: http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowaa/?id=eSupport000

Please be patient while he awaits their response. Good luck!

It shouldn't be too much longer, Darksing; but I am unable to provide you with a more precise estimate for when your friend will receive an e-mail from our Account Administration Department. That department receives a great deal of e-mail on a daily basis, and it generally takes a couple of days for them to respond to any e-mails that they are sent. Thank you for your continued patience.
