Account Administration may be contacted via e-mail at wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com, or the webform on the page I linked previously; they respond to all inquiries, but it may take a day or two. In the meantime, I'm afraid that the Game Master Department -- and, by extension, the Customer Service Forum -- may not be of any further assistance.

They may not be able to help but it wouldn't hurt. I beleive they're still open for another 20 minutes.
While I appreciate your efforts to assist your fellow player, Fluchy, I'm sorry to say that not only is this a matter which must be handled by Account Administration -- that number is primarily for our Billing Department, which has no jurisdiction over account actions in such a situation -- but our Billing representatives shan't be in-office until Monday. :)
