Something I'm curious about... Anyways, we were doing UBRS last night, My first time kiting, got him to the beasts room, i somehow lost aggro, and he started running back, they had killed guards, we started fighting and wiped at 15%. Now, while we were getting back up and resting mana, our warrior decides he wants to shoot a rat, the one in front of drakk, without telling anyone. He does, and drakk aggros, I try to pull him to kite and get Conflagged. Now, is this working as intended (shooting a rat will aggro the boss) or is it a glitch?

I just tried this out myself, Myzou, and killed about ten rats that were sitting right in front of General Drakkisath; so long as I was outside of his normal aggro range, I could slaughter rodents with impunity and never draw the attention of Drakkisath or his guards. There may be some confusion as to what actually occurred on that fateful night, and I'm sorry to hear of the misfortune your group experienced, but I don't see any evidence of a persistent issue that would cause rats and dragons to be linked in such a way. :)

Well, yes, it's possible that Demoralizing Shout -- if done within close enough range of Drakkisath or his guards -- could draw aggro, but that wasn't the story. :)

Or were you using them too?
I was using Ice Threaded Arrows as well, so that isn't the cause of the issue. I'll see what I can find out based on the information you've given me, Myzou. :)

Update: Regrettably, I was neither able to confirm nor deny your claim based on our records at that time; all I can tell you is that my testing indicates that shooting rats has no effect whatsoever on General Drakkisath's aggro. It is possible that your friend inadvertently switched targets moments before letting loose the arrow, or that he drew too close to the mobs. I shall continue to monitor the situation, however, and see whether any other players are reporting such a phenomenon. Thanks for your assistance, friend. :)
