Hello, ealier today I made a mistake trying to enchant a Sentry Cloak for my twink and instead got it soulbound to my mage(GG twink haters will love this!)
I have sent in two tickets about this trying to get this item on my twink and so far have only been given auto-replys saying they didnt catch me/ they can't help me.
Am I totally screwed or is there someone else I can contact to look into this?

It pains me to say, Gishah, that once a Bind-on-Equip item becomes Soulbound to a given player (in this case, your main), we are unable to "unbind" it for the use of another character. I really am truly sorry, however, for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I wish you the best in your future efforts to acquire a Sentry Cloak for your twink. :)
