Hello, i made a petition about and hour ago and at first the ticket up at top said something to the extent of "Time untill your ticket is reviewd unavailible" then a little later it said "Your ticket will be looked at soon!", so i alt tab in and out waiting to see if anything changed, then last time i alt+tabed in the Ticket had dissaperd, i just wanted to make sure it was not deleted, i did not touch it.
Just wanted to know if that was normal for it to go away after it was looked at.

I'd like to apologise for any confusion you may have been caused, Masskolaid; it looks as though you appeared to be offline when the Game Master assigned to your petition attempted to contact you, so an e-mail was sent to the address registered to your account. I would recommend that you check that, as the letter contains more information as to how you may pursue further assistance in the matter of your restoration request.
