what is it?
I keep hearing about how it's the most evil quest in the game, but I can't find anything on it.
You like.. lead a dog home or something?

I always feel bad for the dog when I embark on this quest. Then I poison him, kill him, and appreciate the experience he provides.

The head of the lost-and-found has been reported missing.
