Subject: Is UnitBuff() broken?
  
Or is it an intended change?

Previously the castable argument for unitbuff would only return buffs that I or my class could cast, however, now it's returning buffs that ANY class can cast. Can we get an official confirmation if this is the correct behavior?

This should be fixed on the test realms. Is anyone still experiencing any issues with it there?
