that when they say they will do something they actually do it and IF something happens that makes it not work they actually sort it cause they could sort it for the american customers and not keep saying "oh we are working on it be patient" and then nothing else was heard and the ptr ended before they even sorted it.
Atleast make your european customers also feel that you actually do care about us and not just the american even if the PTR is offered as is but if you want us to test the content here (which is why i think you made the european realm) atleast give us the tools and make sure they work with updated info if they do not work and whats happening to rectify it.
