Subject: Noob Question: What is Rage Dumping? |

I always see warriors refer to dumping their rage in raids. What exactly does this mean? It makes it sound as if having too much rage is a bad thing, but I would think that having rage is exactly what you would want to execute your special attacks.
Can someone please enlighten me. Thanks!
