For myself, I am not, in fact, an idiot, and I understand the fundamentals of the class. In addition, I have a level 60 raiding and PvPing character on the Alliance, and many Paladin confidantes that explain their woes to me. I see it first hand. I know where you're coming from. I sympathize. And I use that knowledge to pass on what you say. They are not, however, obligated to agree with your feedback.
