Have the emails been sent out for the leveling contests?
I checked the list and my name was on it and I know my email address is correct for my account as a receive responses to my GM tickets.

Any one that is currently enrolled in the beta, either from the Blizzard Friends List, BlizzCon, or contests, will not receive an e-mail until the beta is ready to begin. No e-mails have been sent yet.

will there be a finialized list according to her, or will we just never know if we were "missed"
I'm not directly involved with those checks, but I would believe that the list would be updated. I don't think each individual person would be contacted, but I don't know for sure, and being Sunday I'm more or less here by my lonesome.
