Jesus, why is this so hard to do? Your FAQ says it's done every Tuesday during maintenance - I have yet to see it done on Tuesday this entire month. It's now Friday, and it STILL hasn't been updated for this week. Last week it wasn't done until the weekend either.
This is insane. Update the freaking page.

The last status update I heard on this was that it was being worked on but no eta on the fix. I'll try to ping the database admins about it to see if they have any new news for you all.

Is there any chance that you can inform as to what the issue is? It's a bit confusing to the rest of us when something has worked perfectly well for months, and then suddenly starts failing week after week. It lends the impression that it's being neglected.
I unfortunately don't know the details of what might be occurring in this case. I believe there are some database issues that are being worked out. It shouldn't be too much longer (I hope) until I can give you a better update.
