What are they saying?
I was fishing on the bridge between the Mage Quarter and The Park for a couple of hours today to max out my fishing skill when I kept hearing this voice. I thought it was the TV, but when I turned it off, I could hear that it was actually in the game.
I tried to go into my sound options to hear it better, but it is part of the ambience track. The sounds of hammering, birds, bells, water, wind, etc. are just loud enough that you can not hear what the voice is saying.
It is a man's voice, he says something short, but it is on a constant loop. At the end it sounds like he is saying "over me" (?) in an angry voice.
So I am curious, are there any mods out there that have an advanced sound options menu, where I can turn down the birds and bells and hammering and turn up the guy's voice (or is that even something that is allowed???)?
Maybe this voice is something similar to the conversation between Terenas and Arthas in the Lordaeron throne room? Or just a subliminal message? (play wow...wow is good...horde bad...kill horde...orange is the new pink...tell your friends to buy wow...)lol
Has anyone else heard this voice, or have any idea what I am talking about? :O

It's probably just the patrons and shopkeepers of Stormwind having their normal afternoon conversations. :)
Maybe they're wondering why their King is a blonde kid.
