Did you know that adders in Durotar have 1 HP, whereas the hares have 8? Chickens have 1, but rats in undercity have 8. The swine in Durotar have 15, as do Sickly Gazelles in The Barrens. And schools of fish are sitting pretty on 40 HP!
Methodology
1. Get a level 50+ warlock and a level 1 forum-trolling alt (or something).
2. Find a critter.
3. Have the warlock duel the alt and cast CoW. The alt should now have a damage range of 1-1, and a crit of 1 -- he will basically be hitting for 1 point of damage, guaranteed.
4. Have the alt whack the critter until dead.
Now you know the critter's HP!
