I'm a computer science major, so hear me out. Everytime there's a major lag/crash and all the servers suffer downtime, suddenly a new blizzard employee is 'born', and then the situation stabilises.
Doing a quick search on google on any of the words or even phrases in their replies will give you thousands of results.
CMs are nothing more than complex AI (Artificial Intelligence) that most likely takes all the power of the main server hosting the realms to compile. That is why sometimes their posts make no sense. No person monitors these forums. If this doesn't get deleted, just remember what you read.
