So the NPC's say 6:00, the site says every hour after dark (9pm I believe), which one is it?

The shows start at 6 o'clock pm, game time. It really depends where your sever is located. You can mouse over the little sun in the upper right hand part of the screen to see what the current game time is. The fireworks look much better once it's dark but we wanted to start them early for people who might have other plans later in the day/evening.

Yes. Every hour on the hour. Check out Stormwind, Thunder Bluff or Booty Bay. Be warned, the Booty Bay Bruisers had a little too much to drink =P
