it's a fact that cab services exist in Roman Empire, with good quality road connecting all parts of Azeroth, why there isn't any carriage cab to take advantage of this? so we don't have to waste money buying mount

There is the Deeprun Tram running between Stormwind and Ironforge. There are Gryphons, Wind RIders, Vampire Bats, and Hippogryphs flying between cities and some of the bigger outposts. There are also Zeppelins running between the Undercity and Orgrimmar, and Grom'gol.
