To my knowledge, no.
However.
Understand that we are working to balance the populations so that lower population realms have more people. Do not go to the RP PvP realm to ruin gameplay for others. Only choose that realm if it is the ruleset you prefer, not for population purposes.
Be patient; transfers should begin fairly soon to help bolster the populations.

Warcraft Weekly comes out every weekend. We did do it on schedule, and we'll do it again. Please check the dates.
