I need to know what type of card i have. AGP or PCI. I know nothing about computers so any infomation on how I could find out with card I have would be great. This is the card I have now if this helps anyone.

I'm 80% certain that AGP was not available when the Riva TNT 2 cards came out.

So now that we've established you have a PCI video card, chances are, you'll probably also need to replace your motherboard, RAM, CPU, and power supply. I'd also throw in a see-thru, lit up like a christmas tree case in there for good measure.
