Subject: Hand of Edward the Odd and Chests
I was in the STV arena today for the Arena Master chest. There were a lot of people there fighting for it. All of a sudden, I see a player come down from the stands, open the chest very quickly , and leave. Now it usually takes me many times longer than him to open a chest. He would not tell me how he did it, but on inpection I found he had a hand of edward the odd, which automatically casts spells for a player. Can a person with the Hand make that proc, use it and open a chest instantly? Is this supposed to happen?

The Hand of Edward the Odd will not allow a player to open chests instantaneously. Upon successful hit, there is a small percentage that the next spell cast by the player within four seconds will be an instant cast spell.
