This is the first report I've seen of players falling through the world when attempting to slay Azuregos Wiz, and I'm most certainly sorry that it had to be you and your friends. Unfortunately, the only course of action you can take in this matter, is reporting it by paging a GM, or posting in our bug reporting forum.
