I hate to do this blizzard but you guys leave me no choice. Whats up with all the lag, shutdowns, restarts, instance bugs and god knows what else these day. Between 6.30-9.30pm there were at least 2 shutdowns/restarts, now i was grinding rep with furbolgs in felwood when at 9.50 MAJOR LAG kicks in. Cant loot, cant cast spells (blink stays casting), buffs stay on 0sec, cant make water/food, cant aggro mob, cant do ANYTHING.
Is this what we pay 10-15$ a month for. Server hardware that doesnt work, lousy connecttions, GM's with standard bot replys or "sry we cant help u. Try the forums", account management pages that are 95% of the time unreachable. I cant even visit it with IE. Gotta use mozilla if i wanna be able to log in, website thats 50% of the time unreachable, 404 error, or apache error, or what else i know of.
Is THIS what we pay for ? Lousy service ? What on earth are you guys doing with the millions of euro's you get every month. Buy the newest mercedes for the ceo, a coffee machine every 10meters on ur desks, laptops for everyone ??
Its been the worst week EVER since patch 1.10. What kind of (rediculous) compensation are you guys gonna offer this time ? 1day ? 2 days ? Thats hardly enough for all the time we loose, mental despare you guys cause ?

Just dropping in to assure you we're still having full attention on these issues. Detailed info is being forwarded (thanks especially to Crazygamer for that thread yesterday - good info), and we're closely monitoring all realms experiencing these issues to locate the exact cause. Unfortunately I have no news on the progress at this time, but we'll let you know as soon as we have something substantial.
That there is one damn fine epic you're wearin'.
