Subject: 01/04 Instance resets |

At approximately 23:35 March 31st, instance IDs were reset on all realms. This was a necessary move to bring the instance resets back to the regular schedule. We however apologise for the very short notice and the bad timing this was for some players, and thank you for your understanding on this matter.

Edit: I'm very aware of how inconvenient this was for everyone, and I can assure you we're following up on the matter to make sure this is avoided in the future. However, when expressing your displeasure, please try avoid personal attacks and do moderate the language somewhat.

Edit 2: as said, I understand the frustration resulting from this, and I have no wish to impact this thread in a moderator capacity. However, posts encouraging spamming or abuse of the report system on the forums, or repeated insults, personal attacks or similar will have to be handled per the usual guidelines.
I'm not asking you to smile and be happy about the situation, only for some moderation on the language.

A suspension is a temporary removal of privileges. A ban is usually permanent.
