In the future, will there be transfers from PvE to RP or the other way around? I know that RP to PvP (like wise PvE to PvP) won't happen as PvP is consider harder to level.

We've had RP to PvE migration in the past, so it's not something we're against. However, it had very little effect, thus it's more likely any migration from an RP realm will be to another RP realm.
Edit: oh, and PvE to RP is unlikely simply due to the fact that we'd need to offer it from every PvE realm to make it fair. With limited number of realms migrating at the same time this would take months and replace migration from realms needing it more (i.e. the highly populated PvP realms).
It's too early to say whether RR to PvE or the other way around will be allowed with the fee-based migration.[ post edited by Thundgot ]
