	With the 1.10 patch, we have integrated a new content delivery method called the Blizzard Background Downloader. This program will run while World of Warcraft is open and download upcoming content prior to the release of a patch. The Background Downloader will greatly reduce the amount of data downloaded during the actual patch release and help minimize the patching process. The Blizzard Background Downloader uses the same protocol and connection method as the Blizzard Downloader. Some customers may need to configure their network protection software and hardware to take full advantage of the new program.
