Instead of banning someone who has been found to use cheats or any of the other ways of getting banned why not transport there account to a new server ?
Called oh I dunno wild idea here Aussy.
This way Bliz still gets the income from the account and we get rid of the butt monkeys, but can stiil pay them a visit now again and generally take the piss out of them.
Make the Server anything goes as well ie absolutley no rules.
