Subject: Mail from Blizzard.
   Hi.
I just got a mail from WoWpaymentsupportEU@blizzard.com that said:
"Greetings,

Thanks for your interest in World of Warcraft. Due to some issue with your payment we are requesting the following information:

How many accounts are you paying for? If more than one, which accounts and how come?
Did you try only with one credit card? If more than one, how many and how come?
Is your bank account based in a country other than where your World of Warcraft is registered with? If yes, why?
Did you change the expiration date on any of the attempts? If yes, why and what is the actual expiration date on your card?

Please notice without this information we can not accept the reserved payment. Also notice this issue can not be solved by yourself or by your bank, so please reply with the answers for the quickest resolution.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Regards,
Poiwot

The thing that had me wonder is "Please notice without this information we can not accept the reserved payment." since I have no difficulty loging in.
Can this be trusted?

This is indeed from the Billing department, so please answer with the information.

If anyone has any doubts about the authenticity of any email that comes from blizzard regarding accounts, please telephone the free Billing support telephone numbers or email them directly using the webforms on the main website.
