Subject: More complains on Blizzard-EU
   Both my accounts had problems concerning the issue money isnt send from my account on bank to Blizzard in time making my accounts unplayable cause Blizzard says i havent payed^^.

And when i call support i get the message, "come back on monday- were closed".

I wonder what incomes Blizzard-EU have- probably alot, how come u cant give the players the service of having ppl employed even on saturday and sundays- im sure u can afford it and it would be a great service for players to be able to call em up on phone and maybe get the issues solved on saturday instead of waiting until monday.

The service Blizzard give us is insanely bad in this matter.

I dont care if its my banks or Blizzard fault in this matter, im the one that stands in the middle of a transaction btw bank and Blizzard that dont work- its ure responsability to MAKE this work- not me.

If anymore ppl have had similar problems- post!!

Also, please use a more descriptive topic on your threads, e.g. "billing support on Saturdays". It makes it easier to see what it's about.
