	At the moment we experience a high increase of tickets in game. A lot of questions from the tickets are already answered on our FAQ (http://forums-en.wow-europe.com/board.aspx?fn=wow-gmmessages-en) and our list of known Patch 1.9 issues (http://forums-en.wow-europe.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-general-en&t=750617). Questions that are about technical content e.g. Latency, etc. can not be answered by our Gamemaster-Team and will be discussed here (http://forums-en.wow-europe.com/board.aspx?fn=wow-tech-support-en) Furthermore we would like to ask you to be familiar with these pages (http://www.wow-europe.com/en/support/gamemasters.html) and only write related tickets.
