During the maintenance, while we were running a maintenance script, we experienced a network disconnection which caused the maintenance script to crash, resulting in Quest Log data to be removed from the Database.
The following Realms were affected:
Balnazzar
Genjuros
Hellscream
Laughing Skull
Magtheridon
Nordrassil
Our technical team have been and are still actively working on a full restoration of this data, which is 100% sure to complete, but to do this right takes a long time.
We expect to restore all these Realms to full functionality by 16:00 CET today, Thursday, January 5th.
All affected players will receive two days compensation.
13:58 CET - Update:
All Realms are once again available and players are logging in.
