Realms are not tied to each other this way. Either the realm is an eligible destination realm for everyone, or it's not eligible for anyone. The only exception is that PvE realms may not transfer to a PvP realm.

"Medium" - like "Low" and "High" - is a relative tag. It only means it's in the middle layer of all the realms. If almost all realms had 1000 queues all the time and yours had 900, your realm would be tagged as low. Would that justify transfers there? No. ;)

Still, we only change the tags and destination list once per week. We'll see on Wednesday.

And we don't rely on forum posts and requests. We base it on hard data. ;)
