Hi dear blueies! (Too bad i couldn't write OMG BLUE LOOK in the thread title)
Lately alot of noobs have been writing alot of "recruitment" threads, and similar threads on our realm forum. Mainly people from lesser realms who think they have earned their right to recruit players from our pro realm Neptulon.
That Genjuros needs horde, because their horde side is ruined isn't something that belong to our realm forum. Hi, who wan'ts to transfer to a faction that is almost ruined?
Or of the lesser realm Outlands needs more high end guilds?
Who cares if The Imperium guild (Dragonmaw realm) is recruiting for their lower efforts. And they post 2 recruitment threads on our boards!!!
Who want's posts in turkish, finnish, russian etc.. on the forums..?
I mean, those who are trying to recruit players cross realm should use the "Guild Recruitment" forum, not go on writing alot of stupid threas on all the realm forums.
The realm board quality have dropped enormous since all people started to write these recruitment threads, spamming all realm boards.
NEW POLICY IS NEEDED:
Only recruitment threads for guilds on the realm is allowed on the realm boards. Guilds that tries to X-realm recruit should use the "Guild Recruitment" forum. This also counts for all other sorts of recruitment.
(or make a new board for other sorts of recruitment)
If people don't follow that policy please put them in a room of gnomes for 10 days![ post edited by Redlion ]

This is pretty much a policy that we already have and operate by, but I will see if we can make this clearer by for an example posting a new sticky thread in every realm forum.
For now however, just keep reporting such threads and we will take care of them.
