Is the new area (Outlands?) in the expansion going to be a forced PvP zone or not?
You already sucked half the wind out of my sails thinking I could get away with getting to level 70 without buying the Xpansion, can't do that now....go ahead and drop the other shoe please.
This way I can decide wether or not I'm gonna continue playing at all.

(There are many zones within Outland, I'm going to assume you're referring to the first zone you come into after passing through The Dark Portal, Hellfire, and specifically Hellfire Peninsula.)
That's a good question, and I can't say I have an official answer for you. On one had there is some built in rivalry in the 'entry' zone, bases for both factions in Hellfire Peninsula that have been trying to beat each other down for years. The general feel of the zone would almost ask for it to be contended.
On the other hand I don't know if the initial welcome mat into Outland is necessarily going to be one that we want to make an all out brawl.
It's something I will have to ask to get an official answer, but I would assume at this time that it may vary zone-by-zone in Outland.
