Will the number of characters we can have per server be raised? I have most of mine filled with alts.

There are no plans to increase the number of characters you can have per realm.
I suggest strategic deletion if necessary.

We are still aiming for Q4 2006. However, we do not have a set date at this time.
Some would say, "When it's ready." Which is pretty much the same philosophy Blizzard has always employed.
Yes, the team wants to get it out to you, the adoring public. However, they don't want to just push something out the door either and disappoint themselves or the players.

No ETA on that either.
For others that have issues/questions not in regard to the Expansion, if I had answers I would give them. I don't at this time.
