Realms, you have a list that shows atleast 7 realms that are reccomended to move onto...but on the list of non eligible realms atleast 7 of those reccomended realms are listed as non eligible.

The below text can be found in that same post:
"Please note that currently, not all of these realms are eligible destination targets for transfers at this time, but we'll be expanding the potential eligibility as we develop the service."
These may not be eligible for transfer currently, but are still excellent realms to consider playing on regardless of the transfer service.

Looking through the news archives (which took about 30 seconds ;), "3/23/06".
Keep in mind that realm transfer eligibility (or lack thereof) may not be based solely on the '90 day rule'. We will continue evaluating the service and providing additional source and destination realms to the current list when possible.
