Please make sure you have properly configured your router and/or modem/firewall combo. Ports 3724 TCP and 6881-6999 TCP needs to be forwarded to your machine for you to get the best speed.
If you're stuck at 99%, try closing the downloader and relaunch it. Technical Support

Filefront shouldn't require a download manager of any type. If you're talking about Fileplanet, I haven't found spyware yet using their D/L manager. It just serves up ads in its self contained window.

Q u o t e:
Daath... you do realize in windows XP firewall you must configure each port number INDIVIDUALLY right? you are asking people to open 118 ports manually to operate what should be a simple download?
Because I got the 3724 and 6112 open, I have my router already forwarding everything.
Im stuck at 51%
118 ports... what are you guys smoking?
In Windows XP, you can add a single program (Blizzard Downloader) to it and it'll take whatever is tossed at it. You 'should be' able to add a range of ports instead of one. Unfortunately the machines here have the firewall component locked down so I can't step you thru that. If all else fails, temporarily drop XP firewall. Technical Support

I can only open 20 ports on my router, how the heck am I supposed to open over 100?! Guess I'm hooped.
On those types of routers, you do a /palmhead and look at the DMZ option. Technical Support
