Daatth, I really don't want you to think that I'm being cross... I'm really no trying to be... only, I've restared the program a record 15 times since I got stuck at 99% over 3 hours and 40 minutes ago.
I've gone into my firewall and opened the ports, I've fixed my router and everything... I just don't know what to do, and I'm really getting frustrated....

EDIT: I have now restarted my program again, and people are uploading off of me, but I am not getting anything.
I tried turning off P2P as well... that just kept me from connecting to anything at all...
