Dear Blizzard,
Most of my guild decided to transfer from Warsong to Korgath, and most of our guild did indeed transfer over. Unfortunatley some did not. They either logged on a few minutes too late or could not even get through to the trasnfer webpage in time, and instead got left behind on Warsong, guildless, friendless, and broken hearted. So dismayed that they are seriously considering ending their subscriptions because the game will not nearly be as fun as it was.
Many of them have (and many have repeatedly) opened tickets to GMs, phoned, and emailed your offices asking for some help in this matter so that they may come over to Korgath with the rest of us and have fun playing the game like before. And they were often met with rude responses which can be basically summed up with "too bad, so sad", or "wait around for paid transfers".
I really would like to believe that you would want to keep people in a guild together, too keep friends together, and keep people having fun with this game. We're not asking for a mass exodus after the trasnfer has ended, but just a few people to come back and join the rest of their friends.
I sincerely hope there is something, anything, that you can manage to do for us.

I'm sorry to hear about your misfortune, and the misfortune of those who were not able to transfer in time. Unfortunately once a transfer period has ended there are no further transfers made available.
The only option that I can think of at this point is for your friends to wait until we open the paid character transfer service, which is planned to open this summer. I know that is little comfort, especially with an uncertain date of availability and an associated fee; however it is the only option that would be available for your friends to transfer.
